These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you (or the institution you represent) and Buzzyears Education Pvt Ltd ("Skolaro", "we", "us") governing your use of the Skolaro platform.

1. Use of the service

You agree to use Skolaro only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and these Terms. You are responsible for the activity of all users you authorise.

2. Account responsibilities

  • You must keep your account credentials confidential.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide.

3. Subscription, fees, and renewals

Subscriptions are billed in advance on the cadence agreed in your order form (typically annual or term-wise). Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated. We may revise pricing at renewal with 30 days notice.

4. Intellectual property

Skolaro, its design, code, and trademarks are owned by Buzzyears Education Pvt Ltd. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for the duration of your subscription. You retain ownership of the data you upload.

5. Acceptable use

You may not: (a) reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code; (b) use the platform to send spam, malware, or unlawful content; (c) interfere with the operation of the platform; (d) sublicense or resell access without written authorisation.

6. Service availability

We target 99.9% uptime measured monthly, excluding scheduled maintenance and force-majeure events. Service credits for downtime are described in your order form, where applicable.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skolaro aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the fees you have paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach if not cured within 30 days of written notice. On termination, you may export your data within 30 days, after which we may delete it.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
