What about WhatsApp Business?

We integrate with WhatsApp Business API for transactional messages (fee receipts, attendance alerts, result notifications). Approval is via Meta; we handle the setup.

Can parents reply?

Yes — through the parent app, with messages routed to the right teacher or office. Two-way SMS / WhatsApp is configurable per school.

What if a parent doesn't have a smartphone?

SMS reaches every basic phone. Critical messages (fees, results, attendance) always go via SMS as a fallback even when push is enabled.
